Las Vegas Evo's
Hey guys, sorry to jump into your thread. Was thinking about moving to Vegas, been looking at housing all day on various websites.
mind pointing out which sections are the wrong ones to move into?
also, does anyone know about gun laws in vegas? I've got a few guns here in OK, and don't want to be carrying anything drastically illegal over to there.

welcome! we need more evos here. first what areas of town are you looking into? personally i like houses in green valley , you also have alliante (the good side of north town lol). i guess it depends on your price range. i have always liked the older homes, i think they're build better but thats my opinion

this is one of the homes I was looking at online.
most of them seem to be in that area. South of Sunrise Manor and East of Nellis blvd.
there seems to be quite a few subdivisions in that area with large houses for fairly cheap.

that's a good price for how big the house is. you can maybe check how high the crime rate is in that area. you can always find a house for the same price in a better area, the house might be smaller though.

The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, except when I bang on my drums every now and then on the weekends.
We have an HOA, but have had no problems with them other than them telling me to replace or remove a dead bush. There are crappy neighborhoods about 10 minutes down the road, but I'm very happy in mine.
