I'd say a big part of where you want to live in Vegas should be based on where you are going to work. There are nice areas in all the corners of Vegas...so where will you be working?

The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, except when I bang on my drums every now and then on the weekends. We have an HOA, but have had no problems with them other than them telling me to replace or remove a dead bush. There are crappy neighborhoods about 10 minutes down the road, but I'm very happy in mine.
I think I found the one I want, it's about 1.5-2 miles NE of this location. Gated community, 5 bed room 3 bath 3 car garage just shy of 3200 sq ft.

I will be on W Charleston Blvd about a mile east of 215.

after talking to several realtors, I kind of feel like I'm getting to know this city, at least small sections.

i need some honest no bs places to get my trany, transfercase and rear diff serviced for a decent price and not stealership prices! the other option is to buy the needed fluid from mitsu and do it my self on base but i've been lazy lately so suggested places first.

thanks in advance

Hmm does one of you guys have base access? Would like to know some decent places to go for a fall back just in case of lazyness or other stuff planned but as of right now im going the diy route looked at the factory service manual and not difficult. dont get me wrong im all for turning wrenches on the car but i turn wrenches for aliving on f-15's so i like taking a brake from wrenches every once and awhile

hydroshock. you can always talk to fidel over at gene's Auto. he always has fluids on hand and he is pretty fair priced. hit him up. it might be worth it for you especially if you dont want to worry about it, or if you want to stay clean. lol.
