Well I am really down to go. I leave to Cancun or Cabo can't remember the 26th of august, so I will try my best to show up... If we can lets meet early so I can hang out as long as I can. By that time I should have some other things on my car!!!... yay. everyone will see!... ^_^.. plus my car will be at Nisei on Aug18woot woot.

We don't work on sunday. I'll talk to Rob, but it would probably be best to meet at Road Race on saturday of that weekend. That way if you guys wanna get some parts installed or whatever we can do it for you. It's up to Rob though, you guys should call him.

 

I couldn't wait for no EVO anymore with all the rumors and unofficial news etc...... Therefore, I now have a new toy in my lot, I'll keep it fun and mysterious until the next meet.

All I have to say is that it's a little more than an EVO, much more *BLING*, more gurls will notice it (heck a lot more), etc.etc.etc.


Only thing bad is that dealers are all money hungry, low-life scavenging turds, so now my new wheel package they gave me needs a major alignment and they drilled freakin 2 extra holes on the front bumper ghetto style to hold their gay name logo plates. Other than that the car is brand new. But I'm happy, just next time as a word of advice, before you buy any car test drive on freeway and check to see if the dealers drilled any extra holes!!!

 

I got reamed in the front bumper also. I believe they have to put a place for a plate on all cars, its the law. Convienent they slap their advertising on there. Simple to resolve - took those plates right off day I got it! Just wished I didn' have the freakin holes in the bumper!!

 

yea im sure that is one thing everyone in california is going to hate about there new cars, them stupid dealers dont care its not there car.

 

okay, I'm glad you guys understand my anger, however, your cars (the lancers) must have manufacturer made holes on the bumper no? SO it's clean and not ghetto like they forcefully screwed holes in them and when you take them out you see the plastic all torn to shreds (that's how mine looks).

I was wondering if I *****ed and can prove it's vandalism for not properly securing holes (like how manufacturers make them), if I could have them replace the bumper under new car warranty???

The next lancer meet is going to be at RRM, August 18, 2002, from 1pm to 6pm, so bring as many lancers and owners as possible, because for one day only (the 18th) RRM will be doing free installs with purchase (excluding: the RRM LSD, carbon fiber hood duct, throttle body(s), springs, and of course the turbo kit.) there will be only 2 mechanics there with 2 car jacks, so it will be first come first serve basis. RRM will supply a BBQ grill, i will bring burgers and some cokes, please feel free to bring something to go with the bbq (for all thoes hungry lancer owners)
this is all courtesy to ROB and his staff at RRM, so lets not dissapoint the crew whos supporting us.
