Well i think i may have done something to the front diff or possibly the entire transfer case. I will be taking the thing apart this weekend and hoping i can fix it. Also saw a white one with new tags. Had Rims, Flared fenders, lowered, mr tails, It was really nice. anyone on here?

bagheera you should look into the AMS TBE or Buschur Bullet TBE. Nicest exhausts I've seen on evo's. Not as pretty as HKS or other brands but way lighter and defintely MORE power. Also the WORKS drop in would improve you spool and give you a couple hp. Other mods: Swift springs, tint, JDM rear, do luck lip....oh no here I go again....

Douglas County up at the lake. No testing, no visual at all. Out of state cars have a VIN inspection done (out sourced).

 

There's a couple Evo's around town, not as many as STI's though. There's 4 (including mine) within 1 block of where I work. There's a newer red one at Summit Racing, there's a blue VIII around the corner at some place called Cool More or More Cool (something like that), there's mine at Hertz Equipment, and then a little further down the road is a silver VIII at an HVAC engineering place.

Mine's bone stock minus the Euro lighting package. Have been spending money on my bikes instead. Plus I've been holding out on any mods cause I like my 10 year warranty.

Not big into drag racing, I like cornering, go on "Hooligan" runs to VC from time to time, and I'll drive with one of the local sport bike groups on their weekend ride on the Downieville Loop. Hit up Thunder-Hill a couple times, Laguna once, Infineon once, but haven't driven Fernley yet... ridden it on my bike but haven't been on it in the car. About the only mod I'll probably do soon is I might lower it a little bit and I'll probably add a very slight amount of neg. camber to the front. My pyrometer is telling me I need it after driving it hard.

Man where were you guys when I went back up there a few months ago? I was hoping to see a few evo's in Reno.

 

I think I've seen a total of 3 Evos since I've gotten mine, but I've seen tons of STis on my commute from Reno to Carson. I should venture out into the Sparks area more often.

How about this snow storm today? Just got done waxing my Evo in the garage and noticed 2 tiny rock chips on the front bumper. Aaarggghh!!!

 

Heard you guys got some snow, god damn I might be coming there for the summer..is it like cali hott and nice?
