Got back from Vishnu at 4:30 a.m. this morning. Base line run was with F-1 fuel(appr 102 octane) and a K&N drop in. 214HP. Added Magnaflow Ti exhaust = 216hp. Lot of money for little gains. But it also helps much more once the XEDE is in. After XEDE tune = 263 hp. Put the little 1 7/8 inch silencer in the muffler and it dropped to I think 216hp. The exhaust is quit enough without it even for us old guys. Hasn't passed the wife test yet. She hasn't seen it or driven the car yet. The car is really fun now. Got to go find an auto-x.

I got the car together and running! Now I just have to take it easy for a while. I spent 2 nights working on getting it together. Probably 12 hours total.

This blows. As soon as some more people from the area start getting on here and planning on meeting up I find out that the race team I work for based in Minden is closing up. That means that if I want another job in the racing industry I'd have to move to Indianapolis, racing capital of america. I moved here over 2 years ago and now don't want to leave. I like the area and my gf is from here. She isn't too fond of moving with me b/c her family is here. I definately wouldn't move to Indy if I didn't have to but thats more than likely where I'm going to end up. Now I need my car back together and running. Too much stuff going on right now.
