What team you work for? Heard there was a Formula Atlantic team down there. I work for Cyberspeed Racing and we are based out of Brownsburg. You guys should check the area out. Lots of teams there and no one cares if you fire up a car. Easy access for the semis too. I like Indy but, I'm getting tired of flying back and forth. My wife will never move from here.

If you are moving there, I'm hauling one of are trailers(if we don't sale it) out there about the 19th. Got room for another car if you need a ride.

I work for the Atlantic team based in the Carson Valley that your talking about. The team is slowly closing up and everyone has basicly left except for me and two other guys. I'm going to be working for Riley technolgies and I'm going to be a number 2 on the Suntrust Daytona Prototype team. I've looked at living in browsburg but I kind of like the NW area a bit more. I'm actually leaving next week wed. b/c I have to be at the shop the following monday. I'm not looking forward to the drive because I have to put all my things in a moving truck and tow my car. I've done it before and I'm doing it again. My girlfriend is from the Carson area and she's talking about going with me. She likes the idea of living in a big city but she's afraid of moving away from her family. She's 20 and I'm 21 and her parents don't agree with her moving for me because of my job. They think that she's doesn't know what she wants and if we're committed that we should get married. Old fashioned people. Too much to talk about and I'm sure no one wanta to hear about it. Thanks for the offer on the ride.

Get out of town!!! (oh! I guess you are) I can't believe it. Our crew chief is Chas. He's the drivetrain guy for Riley. We run Lola Indy lights and Riley and Scott Mk3's. Will be moving to Daytona prototypes (of course the Riley car) towards the end of the year.

Does your old team have anything there trying to liquidate? I'm always looking?

I was referring to Brownsburg for a shop. Don't know how living there would be. Avon or even Fishers might be nice. Had a friend who lived in Fishers. Avon is easy commute.

You might just end up helping us out on the side. We only have two full time guys but use 3 or 4 guys from Riley on the side when they have time. Everybody in Indy works on the side for some other team it seems like.

Got time to meet up for a lunch this weekend?

What a small world! I met Chas last weekend at the Fontana race. He knows the engineer that used to work for us who is now engineering a DP car. I know Sat I'm going to be working on gathering my things but maybe on sunday we can meet up. The team here is selling anything for the right price ( u should know how that is). What kind of stuff are you looking for? If you let me know I can tell you what we've got. I'm not looking forward to moving but the whole riley deal is too good to pass up right now. I look forward to working with these guys and maybe helping you guys out at some point in time. I'm looking at apts. about 15 west of Speedway by Eagle creek park. If you know where thats at. Let me know about sunday.

Sunday sounds good. I wanted to go to Fontana but had to go to Willow instead. Took one of our lights cars and duelly there to sale.

Looking for sheet metal fab equipment. Something for 10-12 gauge. Not likely you have anything that big on a open wheeler. Tig welder. Even a work bench if they have one that can support my shear/brake(350lbs). Basically, anything that will help me with a shop set-up. I already have scales and camber gauge stuff. Got a friend looking for a transport if they got one for sale.

Eagle creek area is where my friend that lived in Fishers use to live. I like that park. Lot of animals cruisin around.

They dont really plan on selling that fab equipment. The team is in a airport hanger and the owner also has some planes. So, the airplane mechanics use that stuff now and then. They do have a Featherlite trailer for sale. I can give you the number for your friend to call on sunday. Got an idea for where on sunday? I'm up for anything as long as my car is completely up and running. I blew a piston, as u've seen me talk about above, and I've finnally got it together. I'm extremely worried about nothing happening again and everything working fine. I also say if anyone else wants to meet us for the heck of it, they should. Agreed?
