Finally got around to ordering a boost pill for my '10 Ralliart and would like some help getting it setup with the GST map flash. Also looking for someone who can do my SST fluid with the lack of local dealers.

Forget the boost pill bro. get the gm 3 port and be done with it. holds boost so much better than the pill. and the added safety is awesome.

I'm always thinking about longevity. I have fun, but I don't go looking for races, nor entertain when I get challenged. Cheap power is hard to ignore tho. ;>

 

the evo x's have them from the factory but they're limited in the amount of boost control. the 3 bar got me to 30 psi and more if needed. and if you set it for say, 20 lbs, in cold weather, when boost tends to spike and what not, it'll actually adjust in real time the amount of boost you set it to. or down to a safer level if needed. Jer.K on these forums did a great job dialing in my boost which is tough considering the altitude and the stock turbo the x's have.

 

No way I'm getting to 30 on stock turbo.

Mine is itsy bitsy. I would like to give Jer.K the GST base and see what he could do. I know using EvoX logic is not going to work as a starting point.

Ralliarts dont have the 1st gear retard the xSST has.

Hey everyone have a question for you.

It seems my transfer case has developed a leak (where it bolts to the transmission) and the shop I usually go to is booked through next week. Where would you guys recommend going to fix this? I'd rather take care of this sooner rather than later.

Not many shops in town that evo owners really trust. We usually DIY that kind of thing. It's most likely the o ring/seal

 

That's my guess as well, I just don't trust myself yet to do this kind of job...oh well. Thanks for the info.

 

Never see evos around here, just grabbed some panda express and on the way home see a blue, white, and black in the span of 15min. Are Sundays evo night?
