Vegas People / Aliante Question

So what are the benefits of living in Aliante? besides overly large houses for cheap?

Safe? Secure? any special community features?

It has low crime, is VERY new, you can pick up a ton of house for cheap, is closer to the track, great access to the 215, near the mountains, parks in almost every community.....I will be moving there at some point in the not too distant future.

Aliante is a great area. There are some shady places in North Las Vegas but in Alainte you can get some good *** deals and you dont have to worry about the Crime

Its nice up there, but since I live in southern Henderson it seems like I might as well be driving to Utah somethimes..
I have hook ups in the real estate section so let me know if you need help.
PS. I do mortgages as well...

my parents live like 1 mile away from aliante station..

definately nice area to live in... everything is right there... the only downside is the drive to get to downtown LV...but other than that its actually completely different than what people think of living in vegas... i wouldnt mind living there if i didnt like the coast so much

it's only 20 miles tops from almost anything, not a far distance.

its farther than it seems if you are going south to Henderson...
I have friends in that area and I dread going up there unless I am going to the race track or something up north...
