Ok ... Back from DDP and e85 conversion was a success!!! Runs great ... very smooth power.

Numbers from when I first bought the car

246 whp/278 ftlbs @21.5psi

After the PTE 1000's and Walbro 255 and e85

285 whp / 291 ftlbs @ 22psi

Nice gains I think.... and I'm happy with the outcome... For some reason my HKS EVS boost controller will not let me go over 22psi.... sigh.... Looking for a Hallman or a Forge MBC now

 

yeah you need that different MBC and turn it up some more. nice pick up though on the same boost.

Bad news from my camp ponce. this kid that does the smogs for me wont be doing them for a few weeks so we have to devise a plan B
kinda weird though because i have a spacer on mine too but i can pass straight up at the regular price.

 

anyone getting good gas mileage on e85? i filled up a few days ago and im down to only 1/4 tank exactly on the line. so ive driven 155miles on 3/4 tank. and i estimate i have another 45-50 miles left in her, if i cruise.I thought that was pretty decent. anyone else have some good miles But then again i do about half and half highway and street driving

 

I've heard that 200 miles per tank is about right.... I knew the mileage was crap when I switched over but that's not really why we switched is it?

That's about right.. It always seems the last half of the tank goes faster than the first half.
