Anyone see my whip on the side of the 215 tonight? Hose tore up and car was over heating.. pulled over and had Brian come out with new hose to help me out.. More props to him.

 

damn, that sux. so it overheated because of a torn hose rite? glad to hear it was a quick fix.

sometimes, I really LOATH dealerships in this town. jim marsh charges 45$ for a key fob reporgram. Courtesy charges 115$.

my battery went dead so i took it to kim marsh to get a new battery. the parts guy is a moron that cant tell the difference between a 1820 and a 1620... so they claimed they didnt have the battery. when i bought the correct battery and installed it. the fob stopped working. three trips and 4 hours of waiting aroubnd, i finally get it reporogrammed so i can have my alarm functioning again.

and thats just the start of the ****storm that is the first 4 hours of my day...

 

Jim marsh customer service blows, probably cause everyone else that goes there drives kia's. Bonette sp? Is grumpy rude *****. How does she have a job
