sad day! sadder still when it sells! It's been soooo good to me 
ther eis a post on lvrs about them changing the speed limit there and a lot of people are getting tickets this week... shady, but all they have to do is post an annoucement in the classifieds section of the paper and its ok to hand out tickets.
her name is bobette and she is almost as bad as adam from untied was. at least she isnt popping my hood to fix my key FOB.....
She actually dropped it down to 25 bucks to reprogram my FOB from 45.... but that was because it was sposed to be a 20 minute wait and it turn in to almost 2 hours. I had to actually say something after an hour and then i still waited another hour.
thats the first tie in 7 cars with keyless entery that i have had to pay to get the reprogramming done after a battery change..... that's some bs right there... I called courtesy to find out if they charge and the service guy told me it was a 115$ charge.... they bill one hour of laor for a 2 minute job..... that's bs right there.

Courtesy has actually been kind of fair with some of the recent maintenance work they done on my car. They stopped a leak that United swore was coming from my rear main seal and wasn't.
