I left the with my car running amazing! then earlier tonight i decided since it was a better time to see what my cars got without the traffic first pull i shifted at about 62-6300 rpm (i know it was kinda early) everything was fine, pulled it again this time shifting at redline then all of a sudden idle gets messed up and car is bogging like crazy i tried to drive it and it barley wanted to move. took off the bumper in the middle of the street with the help of Matt and Jo checked all the pipes and everything was tight. whole thing took 30 min so i started my car again and everything ran fine. so i tested it again shifted 6400 rpm everything was great, pulled again shifting at redline and my car did the same thing. I was so upset i just drove it to my house and parked it. Can anyone here help me out with some ideas of why its happening?
sounds like some sort of safety/ limiter that you are hitting. like a load / boost / fuel cut. possible a vacumm line blew off somewhere. a boost leak is usually easy to spot by having a high idle .wish i could help more but i dont know enough about evo X's

thats also a good guess cuz my cel light doesnt turn on in that kind of situation plus i think he is running a good amount of boost on e85.

well, lucas told me it is almost certain that its my connectors for my injectors. i went out started the car and still sound like crap squeezed the pigtail together went inside and i just went back out started my car let her warm up and shes sounds great. I will have the new pigtails my wednesday so hopefully it will fix the problem. i threw a p0202 code....
thanks for the input guys I will get a new connection for the injectors first then we'll see if it fixes the problem. I hope to see what 5psi and 100+ hp over what i had last track day will do for me!!! =D

With your power range, 12's is simple, just improve your technique to go faster, don't settle for anything other than a mid low 12.
