a 3582 should run 11's rolling out on the 60ft on pump gas...
my 3582 went mid 11's with my lifting at the 1/8th mile...

 

The .70 A/R is the compressor cover. The turbine housing is probably an .82 a/r judging by how and when your power comes on.

 

trap speeds??
