Jim, hate to hear about family troubles, but if you wanna sell that turbo setup, I have money burning a hole in my pocket

 

I just ask because I've done maybe 15-18 different cars this same way with no issues. And 20psi in my experience has been plenty to show a leak. If a pipe or hose isn't leaking by 20psi, chances are its not going to be a big enough leak to cause a dramatic loss in boost, especially such as the his. The higher you pressurize it the more of a chance you take to damage throttle body seals, bend the throttle plate,, etc. But everyone has their own method.

 

I won't be parting out. But you can buy the whole thing for 25K and part it out. Definitely worth it if you have the time to part out. Not myself though.
