Back in 09, Most Wanted went 10.21 at 131.8mph on a bone stock 9 turbo. Was bought brand new, slapped on, and run. Granted, that car was VERY light, but it still shows how fast the 9 turbo really can be. There are people that have run 145mph on a Black... I have only trapped 127... So that must be b.s. too.

 

haha, LANA(most wanteds car) had well over 500libras removed.

I put down 363(39xhp with SAE correction) on Dougs Dyno with a completely stock,non ported IX turbo and I trapped 118 @ only 28-30PSI spike. So I guess 120mph isn't very unrealistic.

 

I know his car was super light. Thus why I mentioned it. You should've seen Dan Bajalis' car. That thing was a tin can.

This was the first thing I found with a search. Didn't really dig too deep. Not sure where the track was at but his profile says Pittsburg PA. That's 1200 elevation. We're at about 2000 elevation.. I believe Alans numbers.. It makes sense he was running 11.3 on crappier tires and hits 10.9 on slicks..

Granted - From what I understand he didn't buy the car brand new. Without cracking the engine apart completely we have no idea if it has any extensive engine work. I see he said there are rod bolts on it. It probably looked normal when they looked from below.

And what reason would he have to lie? There is really nothing to gain from saying he hit 10s on a stock turbo.

Yeah, he was a local. Had one hell of a fast car about 4 years ago. Car got sold to a dude in the UK.

 

What up Vegas! Good news is I'm heading back to the states in a few months. Bad news is I'm totally undecided on what car to buy. Last car I had was an '03 Evo that I ran around Vegas in. Not sure if I want to go the used route or get a new or CPO X.
