Hello SoCal community, Synapse Engineering is expanding in business volume and we would like to add a new CSR/Tech Support position to our team.

☆Overall Job Description:

This position is responsible and accountable for the day-to-day operational responsibilities in technical support and customer service.

☆Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Adequately respond to technical questions regarding products currently available by the company. Execute customer orders within a timely manner. Manage company assets including products, supplies, tools and equipments. Operate auto repair tools and warehouse equipments. Oversee shipping/receiving and handle small administrative, marketing, and R&D projects. Perform corrective maintenance on company products in accordance with the Product Warranty Policy. Work closely with other tech support team member and with operations manager to provide necessary assistance for company president.

☆Qualification and Requirements:
- Excellent oral, read and written communication skills.
- General computer knowledge and ability to use MS Office.
- Ability to work perform under pressure, time manage, and multi-tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures and accurately follow directions.
- Ability to work well with a variety of different individuals both inside and outside of the company.
- Familiar with the aftermarket automotive racing & performance industry with an emphasis in forced induction.
- Must be self motivated and a team player.
- Hands-on/mechanical experience is preferred.
- Experience and knowledge of Synapse Engineering products is preferred.
