I just have a quick question for yall. I would like to know if any of yall know where I can get a front bumper for a lancer at besides at a dealership here in so cal. I am stationed here in 29 palms, ca I just got back from deployment and found that my wife had recently had an accident, well she was backing up and caught the pole on my carport on the front corner (right where the fender meets the bumper), she heard it hit, and kept on backing up so it ripped the bumper off, I went ahead and put the bumper back on but it will only connect on the screws under the hood, the (I don't know what it's called) metal strip that I guess supports the bumper or something is now all bent out of shape so it prevents the bumper from sitting right on the car,
Any help would be greatly appreciated,

You could try calling junkyards to find a rear-ended Lancer, but I doubt you'd have much luck. Just a suggestion though.

 

These guys might have this front end still in tact. i'd give them a call, probably a lot cheaper than getting new parts from the dealer.

Im pretty sure the link i supplied shows a lancer that was hit in the Rear, making the front available.

 

THanks for the help, I got ahold of them they will give me the bumper for $225 and the air dam for $330

I don't think I need an air dam, I"m not sure though, when the bumper came off the thin metal strip right underneath where the bumper attachs was all bent out of shape from getting pulled out,
Is that thin metal strip the air dam I didn't think so but maybe I'm wrong

any help would be greatly appreciated
