Pittsburg? I lived in Antioch for a while and then Pittsburg. Don't think I'll ever be back haha. HWY4 hella sucked.

 

I'll be at the Boondoggle. Was hoping to have my new shocks by then, but it's not looking like that'll happen.

 

HWY 4 is still terrible, its just a matter of when to leave to or from work just to avoid traffic.

 

@RJones: Sweet, this would be my second time around. Still a novice. My brother and I was at the last event. He drives my old 350z and Im in a '11 PB lucky #13. Im also waiting for some suspension parts.

4 can be a ***** but so can 17 at the wrong time!!!

 

Yeah 17 is fun in the middle of the night when no one is out or people at least stay in the right lane. I was commuting 17 for a few weeks and would sometimes stay at work a little later just to have a more enjoyable ride back home.

 

I work in SF so by the time I go in and get off traffic is usually dead anyways.

One thing I don't like are CHP. F those guys.


On a side note I'd like to go to a meet . My car is bone stock though as I just got it last month.

 

Haha CHP gave me a ticket for 130mph on 4 heading into Antioch the day I bought my Evo. My bad for wanting some Del Taco so badly.

Also if you want to go to meets then you should. Doesn't matter if your car is bone stock. Back when I used to go all sorts of Evos would show up. There was even a trend for a while of people showing up in daily drivers or borrowed cars.

 

I used to go to the peninsula meets near Daly City. There was a thread on EE, anyone know if those meets still happen?

 

Not sure. You can try posting up on the Facebook group if you're a member. I remember those used to be pretty big. Haven't been to that one for the past two years or so though.
