Ok. So here in Hawaii we have this thing called reconstruction inspection for modified vehicles aka recon. One time thing, not as bad as everyone says. At least we don't have smog. Anyway, upon failing the inspection, i was told that my headlights can't be blue. I had a look on my face and he took me to my car. The projector lens (oem HID) had a blue tinge in it when off. I told the inspector that the light output is white and the headlight is unaltered and he said I must prove that the projector looks blue from the factory. So my question. How do I do this? LOL
