Anyone in the BayArea know how to do a ECU reflash to increase max boost?

there used to be a guy on EvoEmpire that could, but since EE has been down since November, I have no idea how to get ahold of him lol. Its been so long that I dont even remember his handle. Maybe post on the EE facebook page and it might grab someones attention.
