So, I am going to be working in California for 3-9 months out of the year. I'm from Indiana...it has no emissions testing. My EVO won't have a cat, EGR, has a MC, pipes, K&N. Of course it would not pass emissions testing, however...

I will keep it registered in Indiana (along with primary residence) will be in Indiana.

My question is if I get pulled over can I get a ticket for things since I will have Indiana plates/registration/etc.

I do not know how the CARB stuff works.

Any help?

I think it will be fine as long as it is registered in indiana.
