Reliable Dealer in NorCal for Air-Bag Recall?

To all the evo owners in NorCal who got that letter for the airbag recall repair.

What is a reliable dealership up in NorCal?

TIA!

Seems like crickets...

Anyway I was referred to the Oakland Mitsu-Kia Service dept and had the recall fixed last Friday.

Took 3hrs, I was probably the 1st appointment, as I got there as they opened the door around 8AM.

They have a minimal seating area so bring something to read or use your tablet/laptop and you can log onto their free wifi.

David is the svc manager and he is a good guy.

His techs were pretty cool too.

I took my evo to Roseville Mitsu-KIA as I had an appointment today to have the takata airbag recall done. Took about 3 hours to do the recall plus on top of that i had some other minor service done. Overall I would recommend them to any evo owners around this area to get it done. The airbag is done and I drove home without any issues.

I had a local dealer do mine. Now it sounds like I have loose change under the dash. I was dreading the thought of them touching my car. Not wanting to kill a passenger, I did it.
Now I'm dealing with the consequences. So, beware. LOL
