Hey guys, I just picked up a mint Evo 9 MR, it still has the passenger airbag recall done. I've seen a lot of horror stories on here. I was wondering if anyone has a tech/dealership they'd recommend to get the job done. I can also have my Indy shop do it, but I don't think you can get the part from Mitsubishi. Let me know your thoughts.

Mine was done last year by a Mitsubishi dealership in Phoenix arizona.

I spoke with them first before taking in the car. They had a master tech that was willing and familiar with this installation.

I even had gauges and it was no problem he got the job done. I did have to leave my car there overnight as it did take some time due to my gauges in the dash.

Ok, thanks for the heads up. I'll probably be going to San Jose Mitsubishi as it's local, will try to get their master tech to do it.
