When I had my RSX-S lowered last spring, I had a set of Buddy Club N+ coilovers that were a little too stiff sometimes but overall were pretty smooth. I wonder if they would be the same on an evo.

 

Don't get me wrong, the FLTA2s are way better than factory suspension... But as far as the research I had done and people I'd talked to... They weren't the best for their price. You should just skip the hassle and buy some Moton Clubsports.

 

I'm CNC machinist up here in Ogden. We make gas turbine engines for small planes and military weapons. We're kinda scared cause Cessna is one of our biggest buyers and they just laid off about 20k people.

 

I'm still lost when it comes to suspension with this car, I rarely visit the wheel and suspension forum. Been focusing on performance mainly .

I'm totally down, but I don't get off work until somewhere between 4 and 6... And then I have to run somewhere, and then I'd probably need to get my car washed As good as Orlando can make a car look, a brown "white" car doesn't look that great ever.

Actually, copyright laws protect the owner of the original piece of work, even if they have not filed for copyright. So yes, he may have posted them online, but he is the owner of origin from the pictures. Take a photo that say Orlando takes of one of yalls cars. He owns the rights to the photos and gives you the right to use them as you wish (whether he charges a fee or not) I guarantee you that he does not go and file for individual copyright protection for every photo he takes or even any for that matter. I dont know if he even realizes this, but he is protected no matter what. And so is Jay. He has the right to demand royalties for use of his property. Granted, the most you will pry be able to get from them without suing them is to get them to stop using your pics.

If need be, i can find the exact federal code for you to reference. (btw, dealt with this in a business law class in college)

Tell them you want a DEEP discount on your next purchase from them, then get the Evo coilovers. Easy for them (They don't have to fork out cash or take down the photos) and you get a decent set of coilovers for cheap.

As far as coilovers go, I had Tein Flex coilovers on my previous car. I picked them up for $1200 i think. They were really nice. The evo guys sometimes flame the tein flexes but I don't know why they would be any different.
