Its opened, so they will not give you your money back. If you tell them the game keeps locking up your xbox. You can get a new unopened copy and then be like "Okay now I want to return this". They will be pissed off, but you are obiding by their store policy of no returns on opened games except trades for the exact same. But if its unopened, they HAVE to give you atleast store credit. Done it quite a few times at one of em up here.

Ya COD is one of those games. Its all the really good games too it what sucks Thats why I bought a 2nd Xbox and 2 copies of both COD4 and COD 5

And also there are no cheats anymore. Cheats used to take a game you beat 3 times already fun again. Now all the cheat code books have in them are the ****ing achievements. Fail.
