Utah Evos
With the zeitronix the car will keep in the 15s a/fr even during gentle acceleration. In fact I can pretty much keep it in closed loop accelerating at a decent speed as long as I don't go too far into boost. Doesn't even knock or anything
Better than anything I have ever gotten in ether of my Evos and I do not drive very aggressive at all
I think the best I got in the 4 was probably around 21 mpg in the 2 years of DD it
and In the 8 with the 35R I averaged around 15-18 best was probably 20 mpg so not bad for a big A$$ turbo
How the hell do people get 29.9 in a EVo
I want.
I always cruise at around 75 unless someone that I am with has a Radar detector then it can be fast
But even then with me cruising at about 75 and I think around 3200-3300 RPM Best I have ever had was maybe 20 MPG of course my car has almost always been running a bit rich

Before I had the wideband in my best MPG was a freeway trip back from Idaho where I got 24 mpg.
Doesn't he do window tinting too?
Wow 30 I thought you where about 25 or so not 30
Well Happy 30
If you got a torque wrench and some gas $ I'll help you
You do not have to remove the cams but you do need to do the correct 1x1 method!! very important
I did the 1x1 method on both motors and my friends steve did the same on his old 2.0 and his 2.3
speaking of my friends car...hawtness

Ya that is a way good deal for his car
I saw it yesterday get put up for sale
Haha Awesome man
Ya I didn't realize that some people where that old lol. I do know that Jason is old well Older
I saw a super clean Evo IX MR on Saturday when I was coming back from shooting that was bone stock and I think the guy driving it was at least in his 50's
I think its cool to see old guys driving cool cars because I want to be like them when I am old
Sweat I may want to get that done after I repaint my car
Ya my 20 MPG was coming back from Boise last August
Funny it was coming from Idaho into Utah

I saw a super clean Evo IX MR on Saturday when I was coming back from shooting that was bone stock and I think the guy driving it was at least in his 50's It's all about the tune baby! J/K I have my Zeitronix setup so that the car cruises at about 15.2-15.6 a/f ratio. It's nice having no cat! I also have some extra timing in the "cruise" areas of the map to help keep the power up a bit. I usually cruise about 80 when I do freeway trips as well.
22-24 is my normal range for commuting, and it's pretty much all city driving, but most of the roads are 45mph speed limits. Occasionally I'll use bangerter to head home though, but that doesn't really count as freeway during rush-hour

The funny thing is I swear I get better mileage at 80 than I do 65-70. It's probably because when I'm doing 65-70 it takes more throttle input to keep the car steady at those speeds, whereas at 80 the car maintains pretty well with minimal throttle changes.

Haha Ya lots of hottie around here from BYU and UVU
I know of a few party houses but I don't go to often
Ya once the weather is Really nice a lot of cool cars come out
Last night I chilled with some friends and met a new guy with a sick Black C6 ZO6 that has a APS Twin Turbo kit so the car is right around 700WHP
and its so sick. Has a little bit of a traction issue too
also was hanging out with a friend that finally brought his beast out of the garage from winter. He has a very sick BMW M Coupe that has a little extra something under the hood and is the fastest Car I have ever been in
I also cruised around in the Evo 4 last night with my buddies Skyline R34's
Its lots of fun. + we get some Viper, Lambo, Ferrari, and Porsche guys to come hang out on the really nice nights
Its a blast I remember a few times last hear having around 100 maybe more cars chilling in the Mall Parking lot at night
Lots of fun man and you get everyone from the Ricer kids to the Rich kids and everyone in between

I have been working so I can play tomorrow
Gotta make more money and put in more time working

Ya man I here ya I have never had a car that really got much better than 20 MPG... well only my Mazda 626 in high school but back then Gas was like $1.30 and I didn't care about MPG. Other than that I have had Trucks, Evos, and BMW's
WOW thats a good find for a Evo IX with only 3500 miles on it man
Wish I could have a car under 50k. My Evo 8 when I bought it a Year ago this month had about 51k on it and now its at 61k only problem is its been parked for about half that time at least so 10K in about 6 months or less is so much
I need a Honda DD

If its tuned good and you stay out of boost it shouldn't change much at all. I know of a few guys with 30 and 35R Turboed Evos that still get 20 MPG to 30 MPG but that is staying out of boost which is a little hard to do with a Evo with a 30 or 35R on it
I always cruise at around 75 unless someone that I am with has a Radar detector then it can be fast

Ya man thats my Evo too
True so just stay out of boost and it wont be affected to much
I want a clean Honda for a nice DD
I would say you should still be around 20 ish cruising on the freeway. As long as you have a good tuner tune your car
Yep you sure can
Yep There is a few 100 oct ones done in my area I know of 5 or 6 in my area and the E85 too
So I WIN
Sounds like fun
I want to learn how to... well I just want to blow **** up
I don't remember how much it is down here but I think it was maybe $2 more per gallon than 91 oct I can't remember. I just to run that all the time in the Evo 4 since the Nozzle fits right into JDM car
A How much is that ?
? and I don't think many people run JET FUEL in street cars
or can get there hands on it for that matter

And yeah, I was just ****in around with the jet fuel. I know back home some people used to go to smaller airports to get airplane fuel, but only a hand full of guys used that ****. and that was just cuz it was cheaper that race gas.
Happy B-day Jordan. BTW, I stopped by today, but you werent working
BINGO
Jason, Also stopped by to see you, but you werent their either.
I was over there with Jason for a few hrs yesterday checking **** out & chatting, we took my car for a quick spin and we gotta see a sick 60's camaro with a 454 & 150shot of nos...lol he pulls up and says hi purging his nos

33, my friend said you stopped by, i must have just missed you, sorry.
Wes, that Camero was ****, loved the ride in your car
, I can't wait to have mine tuned and cruising.
I vote we have a meet/photo shoot at Antalope Island, next month.

I second the vote, a good shoot at Antelope would be really cool, we should get like Orlando to come along and get a bunch of cars.

Turned the big 30 today hahahaha I WIN!
