Utah Evos
Went with the 80mm comp cover on the Green - don't know why - not that it costed anything extra, now I got away from the whole stock appearing theme. Whatever tho, it'll be easier to tune it for pump gas and flow better, obviously. Prolly to the tune of 25 to 30 more hp.
I tried to rationalize doing the standard Green with all stock appearing parts, save the acuator and if I was going for big power, just do something in a GT series ball bearing etc, but stayed away from that whole mentality because I don't want to beef up the bottom end right away + it's a dd and I want the drivability. I guess this option gives me a few more ponies but doesn't put me beyond the threshold where the bottom end might be compromised.
Ceiling at this altitude with the 10.5 ported and 80mm comp cover will likely be where the Green is at sea level - 350 to 375 on pump @ 20 to 23 psi, 375 to 425 on pump and meth @ 23 to 28 psi and 425 + on race or E85 @ 29psi to 32. Don't forget I got lots of top end goodies to complement this bolt on turbo.

Im still working on laser etching. Im not sure about the tap
The acrylic does not even get close to getting hot when we lathe it. So I think if you were to try and put metal around it with heat and cold the metal would shrink and expand. I would rather keep them simple for now. Like any color you want and I will make them taller to, I know Dallin and Nate want them taller which is no big deal

I dunno what would be cool as a logo on it though. Just a red J
UT_Evo would be cool maybe... if there was space on the top for it to look decent.
So here's the story Bobby since I think you missed it at the meet: On the outside of the car, if I remember right, there are 14 total STi logos. On the inside... I should count sometime, but there's one in the center console right in front of the shifter that's a decent size, and even lights up at night.
So another logo on the knob would be a bit crazy.
Asside from the small jokes about turbo lag (and the continous joke about Mitsu's "warranty" coverage), I'm not your normal Subaru/STi owner, I have Utah Evos and soon a Miniutah.com sticker/s on my car!
You guys can always feel free to make fun of my car though, haha, I can take it, and I'll still help you move!
Hahahahah.
Nice job son!
I was thinking WRX Evolution or Subaru Evolution International?
Subaru Impreza Evolution 2.5t
I was thinking of naming it Chlamydia the STI.
If there were a way to make a custom badge (not just a vinyl) Shagenwagen would be sick.
Or just call it "Theoryof" Then for our meets we can have a theoryof/evolution meet

And **** you Dallin! You thought it was funny

and ya I know I did think it was Funny
lol But it would never work
Considering that I love my "Wanna go make out in my Porsche?" tee shirt so much... I wanna find another funny good one for my STi, and while looking I found this one

I want one with a pic of a GR (08+) STi pointing kinda like this \ with the front towards the bottom. And an Evo X like this / with the rear to the bottom with the trunk open and full of stuff. And then with a caption that says "Need help with that?" I know there are sites that can make tees from pictures... I wonder if my gf could draw the above on her wacom...
I also found one that had a profile view of flat pistons going right across the chest that says "I like em flat"
Oh yeah, and per standards: Triple post FTW
