I won't be able to get mine anywhere near like that for years... An Evo would be another story... That's part of the point. The wheel setup on that is too aggressive... Looks like the car fell on top of the tires

market right now for some good used parts and deals on new ones. **** Adam has some exhaust laying around and we could find a few other things for ya 
Shouldn't smoke your tails unless your ready for getting pulled over more. I used to have smoked tails then I traded for some ix mr tails and I like em lots better then the smoked ones. You could take yours apart & paint the chrome housing black as well
