Mark UP on EVO!!!
They tried to get me on a 5000 mark up at Crain Mitsu in Little Rock... ended up getting one 20 miles away at LR Mitsu for 4000 under sticker brand new 9 miles on odo. Some dealers suck and are only alloted one unit per year.

It's really easy to get msrp...I went to a dealership that had a $10,000 mark up. I knew that the other dealer I had checked out was at $3,000 so they offered me a $1,500 mark up. I went back to the dealership that only had a $3,000 Mark because $10,000 is stupid and just not right and they gave it to me for no mark up plus a little off.

WELL the guy there told me that it was a $3000 mark up because they can bearly make any profit on them because everyone "burns out their clutch and the warranty pays, and they drive the hell out of it, so we pay for everything." anyways i was getting kind of anxious and told him that i want to buy soon but he said that they had one of the best prices and that "dealerships in san diego have around a $5000 mark up" i ask him if he could give it to me at MSRP and he kinda chuckled and said no. Sorry for the long post, but would it be possible to get a new Evo 2004 with no sunroof/leather at MSRP or was this guy right ? I live in the riverside, CA area. THANKS
Thanks for all the help ... i mentioned this forum to the dealer and i told him that i have been on this site for a few weeks and i mentioned he should visit this site, hopefully he would see this post !! ha ha ...
