there is a 76 in Irvine with 100 octane. If u want to buy canisters - best deal go to Orange, CA - need to get the name of the place, but my friend buys all his race gas there, believe they have 112 octane for like 5.20 a gallon, need to buy in bulk perhaps? Let me figure out the details. Doc, if u want directions to the 76 with 100 octane, PM me plz.

76 in Phillips Ranch, California has 100 also. The pump is locked and have to ask the attendant to unlock. It was about 4.75. I am going to get a hold of torco additive and try to figure out if that stuff works. Will even go out of my way to dyno it. Tooo bad I cant get a hold of them when I call. Also they did not respond to my email. Lame.

Don't know about downtown LA, but if you ever travel north a little bit to Agoura Hills, if you exit Chesebro Road off of the 101 and turn left, there is a 76 that sells 100 ocatane from the pump......two weeks ago it was about 4.59$ a gallon. I fill up there when I can............

whoever said its illegal to have 100 at the pump...its not. There is 76 in Los Banos CA and Turlock CA with it at the pump. Last I checked it was $4.29... that was a while ago. ALso, there was a 76 here in Roseville, CA with 92. Never could figure if it REALLY was 92 (the clerk was dumbas****) but it was a new sticker. But (just a guess) I would bet that its NOT 92. THink about the cost... if there is just one or two stations here and there getting a grade of gas not sold anywhere else in the state, where are they getting it? Don't you think that its limited availbilty would create a cost differential over 91? How could it possibly be the same price as 91, if it had to be specially purchased, transported, etc.. its outside of the normal supply chain. So if there was 92, it would surely have to be at least a little higher than 91. NOt same price... impossible, because the supply network would not make that possible.

but I WISH it was... I kept buying it here on the HOPE that it was real 92!!!
