Car / Wife / Car / Wife you either keep them both happy or you get rid of one. They both cost just as much, they both require a lot of work, one doen't talk back (most of the time).
No, but seriously it's a balancing act. The more you add the more you have to balance (or hide). Just make sure the stuff you hide she can't pick out. I just added a RTP, tried to hide it, till the first time I hit the gas and boosted 19 PSI. The next sound I heard was, "What the hell did you do to the car now? Why is it so loud? How much did you spend?" Thank god it was only $150 instead of like $500 I just spent on the down pipe 3 weeks earlier, the $100 on new plug wires the week after, $40 on new plugs. Not to mention how am I ever going to hide the mid pipe I still need and the O2 Housing I am waiting to have come out?
See it's all a balancing act!
(P.S. - My wife is really awsome, she does hate the car, but I love her anyway!)

As far as Works stickers go, I put mine on magnetics and wear it to every auto-x event!
My Evo wears an SCCA sticker and a Calvin silhouette on rear glass - you know, Calvin and Hobbes, when Calvin's drivin' his soap-box derby-like car over hills and ledges and stuff with the goggles...? *laugh*

I was told a long time ago not to take corners anymore in the Evo by my wife. She likes the car, but does not want me to use it for what it is truly intended for.
Funny thing - my wife drives a WRX but sports a WORKS license plate frame.
