Help me

I know you guys (WORKS) deal in suspension alot too. What would a binding shock sound like and how could i diagnose my car as having this affliction ? Been having a clunk sound recently from what sounds like my right wheel well. What can i do about this ?

Honestly, we don't get into binding much from the aborber. We did have a car in this past week that was making some odd sounds at low speed and when turning lock-to-lock. We ended up tracking it down to a loose bolt on the front subframe. Your particular situation would be hard to diagnose over the web.

Does it happen all the time? Do you only hear on compression/rebound? Does it occur while turning? How loud is the clunk? There are several variables that could be involved here. Good luck!

The clunk is pretty audible i hear it most on bound but not to say i don't hear it on rebound too ! It's not all the time but definitly enough to be severely annoying ! In the flightline world we like to break things because then you can figure out what is broke, so being that i only have 5K on my girl i would love to see what is wrong with her and just see if i could break it (ie, hitting hard dips and turns). I don't think it is a broke spring cause then i would lean or sag to one side... but that shock is definitly on my mind.
