Works Give Me My Options??!

I am A loyal WORKS customer, ive bought all of my parts from them and am very satisfied with the quality and results from them..i know u guys have really great customer service so im hoping u can help me out..so anyway heres the situation..not too long ago i replaced my clutch with a ck2 and light spin flywheel..but there were problems my car didnt want to start at times from a loud screach..and when it did it would squeal (imbarrassing in public)to a loss of torgue ..alot of it..the guys at a shop said it was "normal" with a light spin..turns out it wasnt when they replaced it yesterday they told me it wasnt "made" right the fly had to damaged marks on oppositte sides of the fly where the starter was grinding against it because of the unmatching straight cut teeth ..the clutch was making partial contact and had weird wear on the outer edges ill post some pics later today..they gave it back to me and said "send it back and get ur money back" so ....what would u suggest??? ..i dont like the fact that i paid $1400 worth of product that didnt work

Yes, please give us a call at the shop to discuss this. We'd be more than happy to take a look at the flywheel and see what's going on.
