I ment post them over each other so the results would be a little clearer... I thought it would be a pretty safe assumption that both runs were your car/same dyno etc.

David,

I am currently in Texas right now. How much is it with shipping/hadling/reflash to Austin? Also, can you give us the COMPLETE specs of the WORKS reflash such as max RPMs, max boost, AF ratio etc without disclosing too much to the competition?

Thanks! I'll be ordering one this week!!!

A graph with all the numbers together would be nice, can't you change the scale to fit?

I do believe this is for the Evo, not the Lancer.

I too would be interested to see an overlay of the two graphs once put to scale. Hey David, would the stock Evo loose that much HP when running 91 to 93? I have read that it is pretty sensitive, but man that is a leap! Anyway it looks pretty good. I would think that if there is such a difference between the stock numbers that from the factory the Evo has some very aggresive timeing.

Nice numbers. Is this situation with the new ecu perametors only? Are there any other modifications that will be needed to acheive the 246 hp?

BIG ? Will you be installing new cams in the future? like say something along the hks 272 or 264 or maybe your version?

ethanol is bad in the sense that it raises the BTU's your better off boosting octane with toulene or xylene cooler burning and its one of the components of gas. 10% mix gives roughly a 2 octane increase. 92 octane with 10% goes to like 94.23 octane. ethanol is great for the enviroment though clean burning comes from corn so supports farmers but not good for turbo high performance cars.

I have a drum coming to my house it has a R+M rating of 117 octane I have checked into the fuel lines and pump and they are more than adequate to handle up to 40% mix of aromatics which already exist in Gasoline. Adding only 10% will be completly safe its only when you start going in the overall 50% and above that you may start getting in to the danger zone. It is the cheapest bang for the buck on octane boosting its the same stuff they try and push off in those canned octane booster they charge $8 for 16oz or so and only give a .2 boost. Read this article very good. http://www.elektro.com/~audi/audi/toluene.html

I use Cenex 94 octane. It comes from the Widwest and contains 10% ethanol. Car runs smoother and pulls harder with it than the standard Chevron Blue 92!
