Rear sway bar

So I've just purchased the adjustable rear sway from you guys. Which of the settings is closest to stock, is it the softest setting? When it arrives I want to set it to that (for the street) and then move to a stiffer setting for the track.

I did a search on this forum but didn't find anything conclusive.

I have mine set at medium when used in conjunction with the Croxx Plate II. Seems to be the best setup for me, very predictable.

We usually put them in the middle setting for 99% of our installs. They work very well in this position.

The middle hole mimics the OEM position as far as location, but even the softest/outermost settings is stiffer than the stock bar.
