Brain (93oct)+Exhale=?
Hi David,
I am looking for some modifications that will be easily reversed if needed that will both improve driveability and increase hp. What can I reasonably expect from installing both the brain and exhale as far as hp? No other mods are on the car and I will only be using 93 octane with the occational tank of 94 octane. Also, and I apologize if this has been answered, but what is the turn around time for the ECU.
P.S. any package pricing?
Thanks,
Mike

Go to www.worksrally.com and click on the products. then go to "Exhale" and click on it and it will give you a price on both as a package.
The WORKS Exhale runs $299 if it is purchased at the same time as the Brain Flash ($449). If it is purchased separately, it is $399.
Hp increases with both products together are significant. The Exhale by itself is good for around 10 hp at the wheels. While it is not a matter of adding 10 hp to the 30 or so hp being provided by the Brain flash, the two products should provide a 30+ hp gain with improved throttle response, close to 13 pounds of weight reduction, and a better looking and better sounding exhaust.

I am confused...the wording on worksrally.com seems to be opposite of what David typed above???
'Price: $399.00 with "Brain" flash, $299 without "Brain" Integration.'
I interpreted this as meaning $299 for just the exhale and a $100 extra to get your flashed ECU reflashed to better compliment each other.

One could buy the Exhale without the ECU flash for $299, but the better value is to get it with the additional programming at the $299 price when the Exhale is purchased together with the full Brain flash.

I think the Works web page needs to be updated. I was confused about it as well till I called and you told me otherwise. Obviously, other people are getting confused as well.
Having the web page make people think that getting them both at the same time is more expensive might be turning some people off. Hmm.. at least people can't accuse of just being a marketing company with a sales technique like that!
