WORKS, I sent an e-mail on Thursday, July 24, 2008 at 9:54 p.m. and I still haven't received a response. I sent the e-mail again today to the same e-mail address at engineering@worksmotorsports.com. I attempted to call you a few times over the past week and receive a message that you guys are busy. Please reply to my e-mail or give me a call. Thank you.
xtremeIX,
Did you get any type of automated response, ie away from the office. Many of our engineers have been in and out of the office on business etc.. so they have been excessively back logged responding to customer inquiries.
shoot me an email directly bmertz@worksmotorsports.com and I'll see what I can do for you. I do not have access to the engineering email account so I cannot personally respond to that email.
If you give me your name and number I can give you a call if you prefer.
thanks

x tremeIX,
I haven't received any emails from your screen name or any unknown senders in the last 4 or 5 days. I even checked my trash can just in case my spam filter got you. What email address is this coming from? What is your inquiry?
I would really like to resolve or answer whatever question you have. I'm assuming it is an engineering question but I will do my best to answer it on the forum if need be. You may want to try calling in again, I know you haven't had any luck and we are busy with a sale, but we do have a full time receptionist now on the phones.

Bill, I called and received a voicemail for tech support and engineering. What I need is to know is if you can reflash my P2 for the following:
FP Green Turbo (upgraded actuator)
RC 750cc injectors
Walbro 255 hp
GFB Stealth BOV
ARP Head Studs
Injen Intake w/upper IC pipes
AMS lower IC pipe
3" exhaust
WORKS 3" downpipe
Buschur SS 02 housing
Ported Coated exhaust manifold
Test pipe
GSC S1 MIVEC cams
91 Octane (California)
Also, could you use the injector latencies and scaling as I know my Evo starts fine with them and didn't with the latency and scaling you gave me on my previous flash:
Injector Scaling: 680
Injector Latencies:
4.69 – 3.624
7.03 – 1.992
9.38 – 1.344
11.72 - .984
14.06 - .744
16.41 - .576
18.68 - .456

I'll send it Friday or Saturday with the Brain Checklist but I'll need it back by next Thursday.....will that work? Can you provide me the correct mailing address? Also, when we were having the problems with the latencies we were just e-mailing the maps? Couldn't they do that this time...just once please?
Thank you for your help!!
Thank you for your help!!
Apparently this is the only place to get anything done so i'll go ahead and thread jack here.
I've been calling for more then a month at least once a week (i didn't call this tuesday...i'm losing faith) and I have talked to Bill several times. Each time I get a promise of a return call that never comes. Now I get "Bill's working virtual, he'll call you right back" from the nice lady that answers the phone. No call back.
All I want are replacement alignment pins for the $4400 dollar Ohlins shocks. Or at the very least just call me back and tell me you can't get them. I don't enjoy skipping lunch breaks waiting for "he'll call you right back".

Bill, can you let me know about possibly sending an e-mail with the tune so I don't have to have any downtime as you guys did when attempting to correct my latencies? I just need it e-mailed this once since the car is my DD right now.
I've pestered Ohlins multiple times about this and haven't heard back from them. Am still awaiting an answer. If you need a definitive answer I'll have to tell you know for the time being, since I can't seem to get a reply (hows that for passing the buck.)
xtremex, you should be getting a call from one of our engineers in the next day or so.

Bill, Pete contacted me but I didn't answer the call because it was from an unavailable number and after your business hours (6:30 p.m.)...lol. I returned his call not even a minute later and left a voicemail on your general phone number. I need him to contact me sometime tomorrow as I go in for a custom tune on Friday and would like to have the map before then. He is confused as to what map I'm currently running. He thinks I'm running a 91 octane map which I'm not, the map I originally received from him was 100 octane and the injector scalings and latencies were off making my car hard to start. Can you please tell him again I just need a 91 octane map with the scaling and latencies I provided in a previous post above.
