Bill, another bad experience with customer service yesterday. I called yesterday around 4:50 p.m. and spoke with the receptionist (Kim). I told her I was looking for Pete and needed to talk to him about a 91 octane map I was looking to get. She said Pete was with a customer and would call me back as soon as he was finished. I never received a return call (had my phone next to me all night). I think I've been patient and I'm going to now say your customer service sucks. I'm not sure where the break in communication is but, as a business, you guys need to get it together.

Pete is an extremely busy guy and was heading out of town that afternoon after tuning a customer car. He is out of the office until tomorrow. He did try and call you back several days ago but didn't get an answer. In a case like this where you are asking to do something that we don't normally do (email maps) you just have to be patient. If you want things done quicker just send in your ECU and we'll make the appropriate changes. I'm sorry you feel that our customer service sucks.

I guess I'm in the minority here as I've had nothing but positive experiences with WORKS so far.

All my emails & phone calls have been returned and Bill even took time out while he was sick to respond to me... thats dedication IMO.

The kicker is that I haven't purchased a thing from WORKS yet, but hopefully we will be able to do business in the very near future.

5 years as a WORKS customer and never had a bad experience. The phone is usually the best way to reach people. email goes to the spam bucket and forums are just stupid. Communicate by voice or better yet check out the facility if you're lucky enough to be in the area. Good people, Great parts thanks Works.

Emailed you guys from Dubai with an inquiry a few days ago, hope to hear back from you soon. Sent it to the Bill@works address, just hoping the spam filters didn't eat it or something.

Please shoot me a response if you got it or else you could just respond to the new thread I just started on the topic of those nice exhale downpipes of yours haha

shadow,
If you haven't received a reply by now I never got an email from you.
You can reach me at bmertz@worksmotorsports.com
but when in doubt there are several contact emails listed on our web page:
info@worksmotorsports.com

sales@worksmotorsports.com

I think my email and PMs are turned off in this forum.

thanks

3 for me and Bill has always helped me out and gotten back to me in a timely fashion. . .I think in this day and age, everyone is shy and never CALLS. . .pick up the phone and chat with WORKS, it'll be a lot more efficient and faster for all!

Thanks Bill for all the help in the past, present and future. . .
