Stupid question but
I understand...
I've asked the same questions, don't worry!
Cat-back: From the catalytic (spelling?) converter back, including a muffler of some sort and a tip. Sometimes a resonator depending on the sound wanted. Consits of a muffler (or delete pipe kinda like works) and a midpipe.
Downpipe - a step up from the cat-back

Answer: there is no difference!
The WORKS catback exhaust with a DP is the same as the WORKS turbo back.
For our competitors, this not the case. Other companies selling turbo back exhausts may require you to run their high-flow cat (because you can't bolt their exhaust components up to a stock cat) or to run no cat at all (becuase they require you to run their test pipe in the place of the cat).
With WORKS Exhale series, the Axle Back (AB) and Intermediate Pipe (IP) together make for a catback exhaust, and the Down Pipe (DP) completes the turbo back package. With the WORKS modular exhaust series you have the option of running a stock cat, high flow cat, or no cat at all.
Hope that helps explain it...
