P2 is OUTSTANDING!!!
First I'd like to start off by thanking both David and John for their professionalism. They were very helpful and respectful to me, and believe me, when you're sending the most vital part of your car to the other side of the country to a bunch of strangers, it helps to know that they really do care about their customers and really do love the EVO. I've only had it for 4 days now but I'm already enjoying the benefits of this upgrade. It has helped everything from smoothing out my idle to greatly increasing the vehicles pull past 5500rpm
. When I first installed it I only had a chance to open it up a little, but right away you notice that the car pulls all the way to 7800rpm. After a few days though, I've noticed that there is so much more to it. My car feels so much more powerful and responsive in every part of the rev-range. My car also feels more refined. By that I mean the power comes on smoother than stock. I love the way the car just pulls and pulls and pulls
I am yet ANOTHER satisfied WORKS customer, keep up the great work and you will definitely have me as a customer for life.
P.S. To those of you who are still undecided as to what upgrade path to take, just give David a call, I think anyone would be impressed with what their approach is, what their vision for the future is, and what they've been able to do with the EVO so far.

Works guys are one of the BEST. I wish I had some money so I could make a 11-12sec Works Evo. I heard that Works might be featured in a magazine. I not sure what kind but it would be something to look out for.
I have to say that the P2 seems as head and shoulders above the P1 as the P1 was to the corporate tune. Besides the benefit of increased boost, the power delivery seems so much smoother and much more controllable as well. The edginess of the stock tune is nothing more than a bad memory.

Can't wait to get mines done. I am flying to SF area this weekend so I can just have them reflash it while I am there. Although I will have to install the hose when I come back. BTW, how hard is it to get the hose installed??? Is it hard to remove and replace??? Any additional info will be helpful.

I had WORKS do the P2 installation and John went in from the top. Remove the snorkel tube, air box lid and filter, loosen the large hose clamp on the induction tube at the MAS and the bolts that attach the air box to its frame bracket, disconnect the wire guides at the bottom of the air box and disconnect the harness plug at the MAS, remove the air box and MAS intact (don’t waste time fighting with the four bolts that hold them together), loosen and remove the wastegate from the induction tube and then remove the induction tube from the turbo.
At that point you should be able to clearly see the hose and solenoid. Stock hose clamps will more than likely be 180 from what would be easiest to reach so remember to reverse them to make future work a little easier. And watch out for the fan shroud, its thin metal and its sharp.
