DavidV Leaving WORKS
Well, the time has come for me to bid farewell to my friends and colleagues here at WORKS. I have had some professional opportunities come my way that are too important to pass up, so effective this week, I will no longer be employed by WORKS.
For those of you interested in what I am up to (shameless self promotion ahead), one of the projects I have cooking that might be of interest to some of you is a book that I am writing for Wiley Publishing "Car Hacks and Mods for Dummies":

Beyond that, I will continue to work with TechTV as programming consultant for time to time on their Car Week (some of you may have seen me as a guest on that network discussing ECU mods last year).
I will continue to keep tabs on the Evo community and you'll occasionally see me on this board as time allows. I will also continue to instruct at Thunderhill for you aspiring road race guys (look for me at ClubZ events in particular) and you'll occasionally see my MR2s at the WORKS shop from time to time -- who knows, maybe I'll bring them out to play with the Evos at some of the WORKS sponsored events.
Anyway, it has been a wonderful, exciting, and at times, overwhelming, experience working with the crew here at WORKS and I wish them all the best in continuing to offer innovative and top-quality high-performance solutions for the Evo community. I have made some good friends here along the way and will continue to be in touch for those that care to look me up down the line.
All the best,

That's good news for David and bad news for Works. I doubt they are going to find someone who puts so much time into communicating with the community as he has.
Good luck and all the best, David! And I will see you at the next ClubZ event.

As I have mentioned before, one of the major reasons that I went with WORKS was the excellent customer service provided by WORKS (David). Now that David will be leaving, I really hope that they will continue to provide that outstanding service that David has provided. We'll definitely miss you. Good luck to you David!
I hate to see the Evo community loose someone who has put so much work and attention into these cars as David has even though I do not have any of the Works pieces on my car. David has always been very involed in the development of the Evo and I hate to see him go, but at the same time I wish you well in your new endevors David. Keep in touch with the Evo community if you can.
