Does anybody have this BOV installed and are there any stalling issues with this setup?Any feedback will help?

 

I wasn't aware Works had a BOV.

 

i know someone who has the BOV, its made by Works/GFB and he's doing a 60/40 ratio, he says good BOV unit, no stalling, only side effect is that sometimes it backfires when he guns it.

 

We are in constant communication and working closely with GFB to bring the first official release of the Stealth FX Dual Valve for the EVO VIII into the US.

The Stealth FX Dual Valve will be shipped preset to WORKS specifications to ensure that your car will run properly while still having that audible "whoosh" you're after.

We should see them in stock with in the next two weeks.

Just an FYI, the ones that Works is getting in stock soon is a newly redesigned version that fits the Evo better than the previous Stealth version. And I believe they also might be getting more expensive in the future as well.

You have the old stealth version most commonly found on mrt wrex's.

 

If it got more expensive, it would be because GFB is charging more for them, not because the vendors decided they were a hot commodity and it was time to gouge people for more cash.

 

but hey, if the unit works good, it can vent to the atmosphere and no bogging or stalling, paying around $300 i think is still a good price. considering its backed by 3 year warranty from works plus its pre tuned. I mean if you get any after market bov it'll run you around the area of $200+ so paying a little extra for a unit that works i think is a good deal.
