WORKS Support

I see alot of people talking about WORKS not answering questions, or not providing customer support.

I have had nothing but outstanding support from WORKS every time I have delt with them. The funny thing is most of the people I see on here that are complaining have WORKS products on their cars. These are the people who shold be supporting them most. We all have their products on our cars, and should be giving them the support so that they are there to continue backing these products up for us. I don't want to be left out in the cold, as I'm sure none of the rest of you want to be. If you belive in the products sell the products for them, give them the support, be patient while they grow and change. These are things that happen to any growong business.

Like I said if you belive in the products, as I do, give them your support. Don't complain on the forum all that will do is give WORKS negative feedback I do not belive they deserve.

Just a quick story: My wife wanted to purchase the Grab Shift Knob and Battery hold for Valentines day. I gave her Works number and though they played phone tag trying to get the order. I know that the employee at Works attempted to call her several times to complete the order. This is good customer service. Every time I have called I have received a call back. Every question I have had has been answered. I may not get a call the same day, but they have always returned the call.

OK, so this is off topic. But I just wanted to give my oppinion, next time you are ready to flame WORKS, take a minute and try to get an answer one more time.

Thanks for listening.

I mostly agree with you and will definitely give WORKS a chance. However, we must also receive the support first so we can proudly give support. The one that owns WORKS products actually should be receving the support if no one else. You don't want to make the customer feel that once a vendor gets your money they don't care about you any more. I know I hate it when a vendor bends over for you before you buy their product so they can get you to actually buy it, but then after you have purchased it, they screw you. It's great that you are receiving good service but I am sure that many were not. Anyway, I am just glad that WORKS is turning around to where they were at before.

The WORKS throttle body is port matched to the intake manifold.

That's about 62mm. No point in going any bigger with stock IM.

In fact, going bigger would result in lost power and throttle response unless you put a matched IM on or bored out the IM to match.

The Works guys generally bring a few of their parts with them, beit Exhales, Grabs, Hold, etc. I wouldn't be surprised if they brought along another Aperture or two just in case..

Oh Wilson, I think your wife would be very interested in this post..

You forgot one thing, Tyler.. your eating pants. The ones without the top button so you can let it all hang out.
