I am not a total business major but I do know that when a key employee leaves for whatever reason it can stir things up quite a bit. David leaving was a big loss IMO but it looks like Tyler is trying to pick up where David left off. Give WORKS a chance.

Yeah, Tyler is definately doing trying right now. I bet he's got a ton of catch up work to do. I just had an email answered today that I sent maybe last week so they must be getting close.

I'd love to be able to just sit here and reply to every email right away; unfortunately then nothing else would get done around here. I’m corresponding with you guys on the forums and emails, but doing product installs, helping Pete with office work, setting up things in the shop... not to mention the endless research and development in progress.
However, the customer service "hiccup" you guys may have seen after David’s leaving is officially over. I've got a lot of catch up to do. But I’m going to be dedication at least one hour a day to get back to all of your inquiries and concerns. I will even be taking some of my own time, off the clock at home to get things to where they need to be. I may have only started here at WORKS recently, but I’ve reached a level of job dedication here that I didn't come close to in the THREE YEARS I worked at my last job. Something about working for an awesome company in the business I love so much.
Over and out, for now.

That is great news!! I definitely would like to see WORKS back to the excellent customer service that first attracted me. As I might have mentioned on my other posts, that is really my number one reason why I chose WORKS at that time. Although prices are many times more than the competitors, I don't mind paying extra if I get the quality service along with the quality parts.
