**SOLVED** A good purchased evoscan from their website directly about a week ago. I got confirmation order of my purchase in my email. I can follow the email link to view the order on their web site. there is a link showing 100 uses left to download. when i click on the down load link to goes to Hostgater.com error 403 forbidden. At first i thought there web page was maybe doing updates. but now week later same thing is happening. has anyone else ran in to this?

edit: submitted ticket on their website. still wanted to know if anyone has had this issue?

Edit: never got ticket response, researched more and found out place to download separate from link provided from order, then required serial that wasn't provided, was then after fishing further found a current link to enter email and get serial. All works now!
