HELP! PLEASE! wierd issue with tephra mod...
Well I reinstalled a tephra 5.1 because I switched to a newer Ecuflash.
I made the changes to the endian in the 94170014 rom and everything was fine. I made one scaling change yesterday and got my trims back down into the -+2 range and saw that I became half point leaner then I wanted. I make one block adjustment (the AFR was smooth) richer and go for another pull...
this is the result....
Mind you the addresses are bad apparently in evoscan and knock sum is actually AFR and ISC steps is actual knock in the graph...
So my wideband doesnt even register till after the pull and I go from zero, no knock to a solid 6 count...
What happened I made one incremental change!? The only thing I can think of is that the fuel map address is screwed however everything looks right and their is no messed up load cells that would indicate a screwed up rom definition.
What could be going against me right now?
I need to have this fixxed by sunday because I have a lapping day
So please help or give any imput you can.
INFO
-switched from ecuflash 1.29 to 1.42.2595
-everything has worked fine thus far until I made a change to the fuel map.
-STFT reads still @ -+1 however wideband @idle reads at 21. However before I made the fuel adjustment all was well.
-did I mention I need this fixed?
- I dont need to make a change to the evo7base rom do I?
- If something was really messed up would the car even run correctly?
- The pull did not feel that bad however this freaked me out!
here is the pull 5 minutes before the fuel map change.

Thanks hahaha just got back, I went out again it seems that the few little bumps on my tuning road are skewing the wideband somehow... I wonder if the ground is loose and the bumps are messing with it.
on the smoother section of the road I have no issues..
And wow for some reason my car does not like E85 at anything under 11.9 little sporadic 1 counts and that large 6 blip before..
I wanted to run it at 11.7 for this weekend but it seems that it really doesnt want it..
I am hitting 280ish load at 24psi, with a TBE, HFC, and a perrin filter

yea if its grounding out then its the sensor i would advise you get another before going any further.... or you can test it, take it out the bung and spray brake cleaner (or anything flammable even some gas)on a rag/towel if it goes rich then lean its shot but it should stay pined rich...if its good. and try to post up the log.. you can take sceen shots of the excel file save as .png

I have a working externally mounted wideband, Im going to hook it tomorrow and check it out.
Right now the sensor is not acting weird, Just whenever I hit a bump. Everything is going to be a little rougher with 9k spring rates
