Tried that and doesn't work for me... could you test it on a xml you have by any chance Todd.

open fuel cut load x2 (6ddd- 4dd0) highlight the value in the box , hit = , type 0x4d00 , then hit enter , then adjust the fuel cut load x2 table .

ps (0= zero) just in case
