ISCV tables vs spool - relations

Hello. My friend asked me few days ago to help him with idle smoothing, cold start and throttle hang issues. I saw in his rom that "Desired initial ISCV tables were set to 32 in all range. So I started to changing them. He was really happy with results because car feels on idles like princess, but he told me, that it feels like it spool later and it feels lazy. I don't have any idea why it could be possible by changing these ISCV values?

Is it possible that changing ISCV values could cause slower spool?

Here are maps before and after.

I don't see how those tables would affect spool in any way either.
