The 4 3/8 is the TDC. Now you need the measurement for the BDC. Then subtract one from the other and turn the result into millimeter for your answer.
The BDC is the real measurement we need here as that's the one that relates to your stroke and how far the piston is traveling from your measuring point.
Considering your block is indeed a 4G63 block... 88mm means its a 2.0L and 100mm means its 2.3L. There's also a 94mm and a 102mm option if I remember correctly but the chances of you having either of them is unlikely.
Be sure to let us know, cause I'm curious.
