As discussed in 1000s of other threads, it depends on your fuel.

Ask your tuner. No need to ask us - he will tell you the boost he prefers for his tuning of your car with your mods.

I'm tuned for 23.8 psi by my tuner. The extra boost feels so awesome! I run 93 octane also. 23.8 psi does sound reasonable/safe for Evo owners with my type of mods.

If scott say's 24psi then you should be fine since he tuned your car.I used to run 25psi with 100 oct all day long but right now gas prices is getting too expensive. He also tuned me for the 100oct.

I'm pretty sure that 24 psi is the safest level that you and I can run at the time being since we don't have too many mods done yet. And I'm sure that your tuner can raise the boost once you add on more supporting mods. That in turn will give positive reason to turn up the boost. Otherwise, if you turn up the boost now without the extra supporting mods, then it could cause your performance to falter or go down. So I'm pretty sure that you can't just turn up the boost and expect more power. You'd have to add more mods first.
